Job Summary
To support a growing recruitment team, the full-time Recruiting Partner will identify, attract, and hire culturally aligned talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria and ensure an effective recruitment process
- Source and screen candidates for culture-fit and long-term potential, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and partnerships with schools and community organizations to support early career programs
Required qualifications
- Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in automotive or retail
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
