Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment team, the full-time Recruiting Partner will identify, attract, and hire culturally aligned talent while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define selection criteria and ensure an effective recruitment process
  • Source and screen candidates for culture-fit and long-term potential, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and partnerships with schools and community organizations to support early career programs
Required qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, preferably in automotive or retail
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
