A company is looking for a Recruiting Researcher to support talent acquisition through market research and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep, proactive talent research and maintain candidate pipelines for search mandates
• Identify and map talent ecosystems in crypto, engineering, and institutional finance
• Support end-to-end search execution, producing structured research outputs to inform hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or in-house talent roles
• Demonstrated strength in talent research and market mapping
• Able to operate with high autonomy and manage multiple searches
• High work ethic and ownership mindset in a fast-moving environment
• Experience recruiting for crypto-native teams
