Recruiting Sourcer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer (eCommerce) to support high-volume and specialized hiring for creative and eCommerce teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Creative Recruiter to support recruitment for creative, digital, and eCommerce roles
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using various platforms and channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill creative roles

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in creative, digital, or eCommerce roles
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and creative-focused platforms
• Experience engaging passive talent with tailored messaging
• Experience working in Workday Recruiting or similar ATS functionality preferred
• Experience in eCommerce, creative agencies, entertainment, media, or consumer brands is a plus
