Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer - Go To Market (FIXED TERM).
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through various channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for AMER and USPS Field Operations roles
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a tech or operations environment
- Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles across the AMER region
- Familiarity with USPS or similar public sector roles is a strong plus
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
