Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer - Go To Market (FIXED TERM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Proactively identify and engage passive talent through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for AMER and USPS Field Operations roles
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a tech or operations environment
  • Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles across the AMER region
  • Familiarity with USPS or similar public sector roles is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
