Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates, facilitating interviews and matching skills to openings
• Support the Human Resources department by developing talent pipelines and maintaining employee profiles
• Assist with administrative tasks and compliance support for the recruitment team

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
• Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment
