Job Summary

Focused on identifying and nurturing top-tier talent in digital marketing, the full-time Recruiting Sourcer will engage with both active and passive candidates while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-impact talent across various digital marketing roles
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, to identify candidates in competitive markets
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential candidates
Required qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience within Media, Digital Marketing, or Ad Tech
  • Proven ability to engage passive candidates and navigate competitive talent landscapes
  • Strong experience with advanced sourcing techniques and familiarity with agency/platform ecosystems
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
