Job Summary
Focused on identifying and nurturing top-tier talent in digital marketing, the full-time Recruiting Sourcer will engage with both active and passive candidates while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-impact talent across various digital marketing roles
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, to identify candidates in competitive markets
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential candidates
Required qualifications:
- 4-5 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience within Media, Digital Marketing, or Ad Tech
- Proven ability to engage passive candidates and navigate competitive talent landscapes
- Strong experience with advanced sourcing techniques and familiarity with agency/platform ecosystems
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
