Job Summary
Supporting the recruitment team in a full-time temporary capacity, the Recruiting Sourcer will prescreen and schedule candidate interviews, manage candidate interactions, and assist with various HR tasks in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential passive candidates while serving as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
- Facilitate and coordinate interviews, matching candidates' skills to available openings
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee profiles and developing talent pipelines
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven experience in delivering superior customer service
