Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment team in a full-time temporary capacity, the Recruiting Sourcer will prescreen and schedule candidate interviews, manage candidate interactions, and assist with various HR tasks in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential passive candidates while serving as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
  • Facilitate and coordinate interviews, matching candidates' skills to available openings
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee profiles and developing talent pipelines
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proven experience in delivering superior customer service
