Job Summary

To support event-based hiring, the contract Recruiting Sourcer will work remotely for 4 to 5 months, focusing on building and maintaining talent pipelines across Engineering and Go-to-Market functions while collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for upcoming hiring events
  • Identify and engage passive and active candidates through various sourcing channels
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified talent
Required qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Proven talent sourcing skills with 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
  • Pipeline management expertise with 2+ years of experience building and converting talent pools
  • Fluency in advanced sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub
