- Craft personalized outreach messaging to generate strong candidate engagement
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or related fields
- Strong interest in recruiting and relationship-building with candidates
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
