Recruiting Sourcer & Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the recruiting team in scaling for priority leadership and go-to-market roles, the full-time fixed-term contract Recruiting Sourcer & Coordinator will manage candidate pipelines, conduct proactive outreach, and ensure a smooth recruiting process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage candidate pipelines for open requisitions using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screen inbound applicants and maintain organized talent pipelines for current and future roles
• Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring timely candidate communication throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a hybrid recruiting ops role
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Proficiency in sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to ramp up in short-term engagements
