Job Summary
To support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, the fully remote Recruiting Specialist will source and engage top technical talent, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assist full-cycle recruiters throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates for technical and professional-level positions using various recruiting tools
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing high-demand talent
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for Information Technology (IT) positions
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
