Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support their talent acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates and build a pipeline for current and future roles
• Review resumes and assist in the interview and selection process
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and track recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years experience in a recruiting or HR specialist role (agency background preferred)
• Comfortable using recruiting platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
• Knowledge of recruiting, HR systems, and talent acquisition best practices
• Organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in professional email communication
