Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join their dynamic recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and execute effective strategies
• Create and manage job postings, review applications, and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates while providing a quality experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the Linguistics Industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive
• Native or bilingual in English
• Experience conducting video interviews and negotiating rates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
