Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist for a short-term contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all administration of recruiting activities, including candidate communications and interview scheduling
- Review resumes and disposition applicants within 48 business hours, conducting pre-screen interviews as needed
- Track and report candidate flow information using applicant tracking tools and assist with new hire paperwork
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience in a high volume, detail-oriented setting
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to complete multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptions
- High level of integrity and sound judgment regarding confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and willingness to learn new software programs
