Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist for a short-term contract assignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administration of recruiting activities, including candidate communications and interview scheduling
  • Review resumes and disposition applicants within 48 business hours, conducting pre-screen interviews as needed
  • Track and report candidate flow information using applicant tracking tools and assist with new hire paperwork
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience in a high volume, detail-oriented setting
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to complete multiple detailed tasks with frequent interruptions
  • High level of integrity and sound judgment regarding confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and willingness to learn new software programs
