Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support the sourcing and recruitment of technical and consulting talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outreach and engage external candidates using sourcing tools and platforms
  • Identify, attract, and pipeline high-demand technical and consulting professionals
  • Document candidate activity and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT or technical roles
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a metrics-driven environment
  • High school diploma or GED
