Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to support the growth of its national agent footprint through a telephone recruiting campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit agents via phone to get contracted or transfer existing contracts
• Utilize cold calling and follow-up skills to set appointments with sales staff
• Achieve benchmark goals and quotas while working independently and collaboratively

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated and energetic with a strong phone presence
• Experience in the Medicare & Health Insurance industry preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets
• Ability to build value quickly in conversations
• Highly productive while unsupervised
