Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Recruiting Specialist to support recruitment activities and enhance talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily recruitment activities including managing candidate profiles, job postings, and communication with candidates
  • Recruit and source candidates through various platforms and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a legal or professional services firm
  • Proven success in recruiting and sourcing candidates
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience recruiting for a law firm
  • Preferred: Experience with Boolean searching using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
