Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Recruiting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, including managing candidate profiles and communications
- Recruit and source candidates through various platforms and maintain a talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and train them on the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience
- Proven success in recruiting and sourcing candidates, preferably in a legal or professional services firm
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office Applications
- Preferred: 3+ years experience recruiting for a law firm
- Preferred: Experience with Boolean searching using LinkedIn Recruiter or other online databases
