Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist responsible for managing the recruiting process for financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a pipeline of diverse candidates and monitor their progress through the selection process
- Ensure alignment with the Recruiting Playbook and collaborate with regional leaders to improve recruiting processes
- Serve as the main communication point between the advisor group and the Center of Excellence, addressing issues and providing insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of work experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Understanding of relevant employment laws and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
