Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Recruiting Specialist will manage outbound recruiting strategies, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews to enhance the onboarding experience for workers across the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Become an internal expert on effective recruiting strategies and onboarding practices
• Develop and update job descriptions to ensure accurate representation of roles
• Source candidates and manage interview scheduling while assessing applicants' qualifications

Required qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or in a staffing agency
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video and phone interviewing
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish
• Access to a car and the ability to travel within targeted local market areas
