Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Recruiting Specialist will source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Engage with hiring managers to understand their needs and improve recruiting processes

Required qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and applicant tracking systems
• Experience sourcing candidates for sales, customer service, operations, or corporate roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
