Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Recruiting Specialist will manage outbound recruiting strategies, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews while supporting the onboarding process for candidates across the Northeast Region.
Key responsibilities
- Become an internal expert on effective recruiting strategies and onboarding experiences
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms while managing recruitment experiments
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' qualifications while maintaining organized workflows
Required qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including video and phone interviewing
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish preferred but not required
