Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, the contract Recruiting Specialist will engage with external candidates, conduct phone screenings, and manage recruitment metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using provided tools
• Perform phone screens with prospective candidates and document activities
• Collaborate with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews and track recruitment metrics

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates
• 2+ years of experience recruiting within the IT sector
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
