Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic Talent Acquisition team, the contract Recruiting Specialist will engage with external candidates, conduct phone screenings, and manage recruitment metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and engage with external prospects using provided tools
- Perform phone screens with prospective candidates and document activities
- Collaborate with full lifecycle recruiters to schedule interviews and track recruitment metrics
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates
- 2+ years of experience recruiting within the IT sector
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
