Job Summary
To support hiring needs, the full-time Recruiting Specialist will build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of qualified clinical talent through strategic sourcing initiatives, utilizing various channels in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through multiple channels, including job boards and social media
- Execute sourcing strategies to maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates at the top of the recruitment funnel
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to recruiting partners
Required qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
