Recruiting Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Recruiting Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop recruitment strategies, and collaborate with leaders while primarily working remotely with occasional onsite visits in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Key responsibilities
- Leads recruitment activities for various job levels, including allied health and technical professions
- Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to clarify expectations and provide updates
- Serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment trends, processes, and tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 4 years of recruitment experience in healthcare
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience with process improvement
- Fluency in at least one applicant tracking system
