Recruiting Systems & Analytics Lead

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure behind recruitment processes, the full-time Recruiting Systems & Analytics Lead will manage the ATS, design reporting tools for decision-making, and implement workflow automations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, integrity, and optimization of the ATS and recruiting tech stack
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights on hiring metrics and pipeline health
• Build internal tools and automations to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting team

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in technical operations, systems, or analytics, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
• Hands-on experience with ATS administration, including configuration and data integrity
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Experience building system integrations using APIs and webhooks
• Proficiency in developing AI tools and internal workflows, with a focus on prompt engineering
