Job Summary
To support a growing recruiting infrastructure, the full-time remote Manager, Recruiting Systems and Data will lead a team of analysts, own the recruiting tech stack strategy, and drive data architecture and governance initiatives to enhance decision-making across recruiting leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Recruiting Tech & Data Analysts, fostering a culture of technical rigor and reliability
- Define and own the roadmap for the recruiting technology ecosystem, leading evaluations for build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions
- Design and enforce data governance standards, ensuring data quality and integrity across the recruiting organization
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in recruiting systems, HR technology, or people analytics, with at least 1-2 years in a management role
- Deep expertise in enterprise ATS administration and configuration, with experience in multi-system integration
- Strong technical credibility, preferably with familiarity in data modeling or analytics engineering
- Proven experience leading complex system implementations or migrations
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
