Recruiting Talent Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Talent Systems Specialist (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 coaching calls with franchisees to enhance recruiting performance and candidate experience
• Troubleshoot ATS user issues and create job aids and workflows
• Manage job board/vendor relationships and oversee program administration and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a franchise or healthcare setting
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI in talent technology
• Ability to coach and influence non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and dashboard maintenance
• Experience managing job board/vendor relationships and scaling recruiting programs
