Recruiting Team Lead

Job Summary

Driving team performance in a remote environment, the full-time Recruiting Team Lead will manage and support a team of recruiters through coaching, operational oversight, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of recruiters with daily coaching and feedback
• Monitor calls and review production metrics to ensure team goals are met
• Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and share best practices

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or high-volume recruitment environment
• 1-3 years of team lead, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with recruitment or call center platforms
