Job Summary
To support local businesses in their recruitment efforts, the remote Recruitment Account Executive will build client relationships, recommend digital marketing solutions, and manage a sales pipeline while earning uncapped commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations
- Prospect leads via phone calls and emails while managing sales goals
- Recommend and sell a suite of digital advertising solutions to meet client needs
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone
- Basic computer skills, with CRM experience as a bonus
