Job Summary
To support local businesses in finding talent, the remote Recruitment Account Executive will manage client relationships, recommend digital marketing solutions, and achieve sales goals while earning uncapped commissions.
Key responsibilities
- Building relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations
- Prospecting and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Recommending recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions to meet clients' needs
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive mindset with a desire to learn
- Confidence in engaging with clients over the phone
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a bonus
