Job Summary
To support local businesses in their recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Recruitment Account Executive will build client relationships, prospect for new business, and recommend digital marketing solutions while earning uncapped commissions and receiving comprehensive training.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients through consultative conversations
- Prospect via phone calls, email, and warm leads to identify client hiring and marketing needs
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and meet monthly sales goals while ensuring an outstanding client experience
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive mindset with a desire to learn
- Confidence in phone communication
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a bonus
