Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment program, the full-time Recruitment Advisor will assist hiring managers throughout the contract labor acquisition process, leveraging a team of recruitment agencies to manage requisition intake, candidate shortlisting, and contractor management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process, including requisition intake, sourcing, and onboarding
- Prepare insightful questions for requisition intake sessions and document conversations in the appropriate database
- Monitor supplier sourcing strategies and manage performance against contract SLAs, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment within staffing/recruiting or corporate HR, preferably in a global organization
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese at a native or business level
- Experience or good working knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance-related sectors is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
