Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Analytics Specialist - Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with global TA leadership to deliver and analyze recruiting metrics, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Analyze and communicate data for executive reporting, partnering closely with leadership
Leverage historical data for forecasting hiring needs and proactively building talent pipelines

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of People Data Analytics experience supporting Talent Acquisition
1-2 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports
Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management and executive influence
Proficiency in Power BI, SmartRecruiters, and Workday
Experience with ETL of data using Python or similar technologies is a plus
