Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment and Advising Specialist for Online Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing enrollment growth initiatives and evaluating enrollment funnel performance
• Serve as the primary recruiter for online academic programs and provide high-touch engagement with prospective students
• Provide transition advising support to newly admitted online students and monitor student engagement for retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience demonstrating customer service commitment
• At least one year of experience in a recruiting/advising role or related field
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
