Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to create compelling job ads and manage candidate pipelines
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires and provide support to team members
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and explore new recruitment channels

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Minimum 2 years of onboarding support or customer service experience
  • Experience in identifying bottlenecks and problem-solving within recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workable
