Recruitment and Outreach Manager

Job Summary

Passionate about empowering the next generation, the full-time remote Recruitment and Outreach Manager will lead high-touch recruitment efforts, cultivate partnerships, and engage prospective applicants to build diverse cohorts of fellows at New Roots Institute.

Key responsibilities

• Lead relationship-based recruitment efforts to build a strong pipeline of high-potential applicants
• Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including direct engagement with students and attendance at recruitment events
• Build and sustain partnerships with schools, educators, and community organizations to connect with prospective applicants

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in relationship-based recruitment, outreach, or sales
• Proven ability to build trust and cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach strategies and priorities
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various audiences
• Analytical mindset to evaluate recruitment performance and improve outreach strategies
