Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruitment Scheduling Assistant (Remote, Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred
- 1 year of administrative, recruiting coordination, or HR support experience
- Experience using CRM platforms and/or ATS systems
- Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
