Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Scheduling Assistant (Remote, Temporary).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred
  • 1 year of administrative, recruiting coordination, or HR support experience
  • Experience using CRM platforms and/or ATS systems
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
