Recruitment Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Service Recruitment Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding efforts for new independent service providers (ISPs)
• Manage and analyze recruitment metrics using Excel and other tools
• Support the Regional Service Manager with daily tasks and maintain service provider profiles

Required Qualifications

• 1 year experience in service industries such as major appliances, HVAC, or plumbing
• High School Diploma, GED, or higher
• 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
