Job Summary
Seeking a high-impact Recruitment Business Partner on a contract basis, the remote role will own and drive end-to-end hiring across global Sales and Corporate functions, partnering with hiring leaders to shape hiring outcomes and elevate processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery, driving pace, quality, and accountability at every stage
- Act as a business partner to hiring managers, leading structured intake sessions and defining hiring strategies
- Utilize AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to enhance productivity and improve candidate experience
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment within a high-growth, high-tech environment
- Strong track record hiring for Sales and Corporate roles
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including reporting and workflows
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruitment processes
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and pace
