Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment and feedback gathering
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and proactive strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven ability in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong time prioritization skills and adaptability to changing priorities
