Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Consultant - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and interview facilitation
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and effectively communicate the recruitment pipeline
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
