Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates while building strong relationships with clients and candidates to meet their hiring needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
• Demonstrated ability to execute recruitment strategies and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
• Computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills and experience with applicant tracking systems
