Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates while building strong client relationships across Canada and the US.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the selection process by identifying candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
- Consult with hiring managers on final selections and ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing
- Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance goals
- Demonstrated ability to execute effective recruitment strategies and articulate client relationships
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
- Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
