Job Summary

Motivated and consultative, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to consulting with hiring managers and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates while anticipating client needs and preferences
  • Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active candidates
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing
  • Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to execute recruitment strategies and articulate client relationships effectively
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
