Job Summary

To support a temporary project increase in resourcing needs, the full-time Recruitment Consultant will manage the selection process, build a strong candidate network, and develop proactive recruitment strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and interview facilitation
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management
  • Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
  • Experience executing recruitment strategies and articulating client relationships effectively
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting directions and priorities
