Job Summary
To support a collaborative team, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates while building strong client relationships and delivering top talent solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the selection process by identifying, assessing, and interviewing candidates while gathering client feedback
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
- Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction and meet hiring goals
Required qualifications
- Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
- Experience executing recruitment strategies and effectively communicating with clients
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with applicant tracking systems and social media
- Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
