Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while building strong client relationships and developing innovative recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process by identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Experience in manufacturing and high-volume recruitment
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and effectively communicate the recruiting pipeline
