Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruitment team, the full-time remote Recruitment Consultant will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to consulting with hiring managers and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance goals
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and effectively communicate the recruiting pipeline
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with applicant tracking systems and social media
• Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
