Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant for a full-time remote position, this role will manage the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while building strong client relationships and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the selection process by identifying candidates, conducting phone screens, and facilitating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and proactive recruitment strategies
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and recruitment processes to ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding performance expectations
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and effectively communicate with clients and candidates
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities
